Service Description

Programs are designed for you specifically - meaning they can be done at home, in the gym, and for as little or as long as you like. It's all about fitting the movement into your lifestyle. First session will be up to 2 hours of assessments so know exactly what we are working with. This will be followed by another 2 hours session to run through your program to ensure you know how to do the movements. You'll also have access to PTenhance which will mean you can view videos on how to do the exercises and keep on track with your program. It will have it all laid out for you! This package is suitable for a range of people - people beginning exercise - people recovering from an injury and wanting some advice around being safe with movement - people wanting an assessment of what they are currently doing in the gym (esp those experiencing chronic pain with certain movements). The package includes - an in person bio-mechanical assessment - nutritional and lifestyle overview and health appraisal assessment to determine physiological load - a 6 week program to include mobilisations, stretches and corrective exercises - an introduction to Zone/Working in exercises to help balance the body - 6 weeks access to PT enhance which will guide you through the exercise program *Please note, extra sessions with Jess can be booked per her hourly rate for those who would benefit from sessions going over the program. 3, 6 and 12 month packages can be discussed also.
